Returns and Refunds Policy


  • Product returns or exchanges may be approved on a case by case basis at Techlads's sole discretion.
  • All returns must be accompanied by a RMA from Techlads.
  • A Valid RMA number does not guarantee a valid return.
  • Goods returned as wrong choice must be unopened, and the refunded price will include the cost of the item only without shipping costs.
  • Retail Customers may opt to have their refund in store credit.
  • For Terms customers, the refund will be offered in credit to their store account.


  • Techlads does its best to maintain stock levels on most items offered. If an item is out of stock or on backorder, Techlads will notify the Customer via e-mail and do its best to provide an estimated ship date based on the delivery schedule provided by the manufacturer or supplier. If the customer so desires, the order can be cancelled, and a refund issued either in store credit to their store account or as a refund to their financial institution on record if they are a retail customer.


  • Techlads makes no warranties whatsoever on any products it does not manufacture and passes through any manufacturer warranties issued for the products it represents.
  • Warranty returns are subject to the individual manufacturer's warranty return policy.
  • Warranties vary by manufacturer. Customer agrees to consult the manufacturer of the product purchased regarding their warranty policy prior to contacting Techlads.
  • If the Product purchased is determined to be within the manufacturers' warranty policy, Techlads may assist in obtaining warranty service.
  • If Customer has trouble obtaining warranty service from the manufacture contact Techlads for individual manufacture warranty procedures.
  • Techlads will ship replacement units from stock wherever possible. In the event no stock is available, the customer will be notified of the delay and expected delivery requirements amd replacements will be sent as soon as stock is available. Should the device be EOL or otherwise no longer available, credit towards another similar device may be issued.
  • Techlads complies with all Australian requirements regarding warranty practises.
